Meet the Team

Eszter Kiss-Toth

Eszter is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Compassion Focused Therapist with over 9 years’ experience across the NHS and charity sectors. She has seen first-hand how workplace pressure can quietly snowball turning “just a busy week” into something much heavier.

Her approach blends modern, evidence-based psychology with real world honesty. No jargon. No generic wellbeing slides. Just practical tools that help people move from surviving the week to genuinely thriving in their work and lives long before burnout hits.

Eszter brings energy, warmth and a little bit of sparkle to every workshop. No two sessions are ever the same. Drawing from her daily clinical practice, she shares relatable stories, fresh insights and moments that make people think, laugh, and most importantly remember. Because when learning is enjoyable, it sticks.

She has delivered workshops for universities, charities, minoritised communities and global organisations, including Red Bull, always tailoring each session to the people in the room.

Emma King

Emma is a UK-based Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who believes workshops land best when they feel real, human and genuinely useful, not clinical, dry or filled with generic wellbeing slides. With over nine years’ experience, she has delivered sessions supporting people through anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, overthinking, workplace pressure and that universal “what am I doing with my life?” feeling that so often comes with modern adulthood.

Her workshops are grounded in evidence-based CBT, but Emma’s style is refreshingly down to earth. Expect practical tools you can use the very next day, honest conversations without the jargon, and moments of humour that make the learning stick. She brings structure and clarity, but never at the expense of warmth, flexibility or real-world relevance.

Emma’s sessions explore how our thoughts, behaviours and emotions interact, and more importantly, how to shift the unhelpful patterns that keep people stuck or overwhelmed. Participants can expect clear takeaways, relatable examples, and a balance of challenge and support that helps insights become lasting habits.

She is particularly passionate about working with ambitious, capable people who appear composed on the outside yet feel stretched thin underneath. Emma’s goal is simple: to help people not just get through their week, but feel more grounded, confident and energised in both work and life.
